SPAY-NEUTER PROGRAM

APPLY FOR LOW-INCOME SPAY-NEUTER

The Feral and Abandoned Cat Society (FAACS) offers a low-income spay-neuter program to residents of Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia who earn less than $30,000 annually.

We arrange the surgery with a local vet clinic and cover the payment, but we ask for a donation to help off-set our costs, which are significantly higher.

We currently ask for a donation of $100 for a male neuter and $140 for a female spay.

Please attach your proof of income to the application to show us that you earn less than $30,000 annually. We can accept your T4, Notice of Assessment, 2-3 consecutive pay stubs from your employer, screenshot of a deposit in your bank account from a government assistance program, and more.
